Our Values

At “TINY CUBS” we encourage our children to develop a strong value system, which is used to underpin good behaviour at school.

• Pupils are expected to show respect for other people and their property.
• Pupils will learn to share and care in small and large groups.
• Pupils should develop good manners – show consideration to and for others.
• Pupils must understand that action have consequences for oneself and others.
• Pupils should begin to recognise and respect the range of human emotions and develop ways of dealing with them.
• All pupils need to learn to value themselves and those around them, respecting spiritual and social differences.
• Pupils should learn to assert themselves without appearing to be rude or offensive.
• All young people need to understand the meaning of friendship and loyalty and being to develop skills need for forming relationships.
• Teachers and pupils should aim to appreciate their own strengths and weaknesses and recognise and respect the same in others.
• Everyone should appreciate the need for rules and the keeping of them.

Uniform





The wearing of school uniform is strongly encouraged as it adds a sense of identity with pupils (students) to TINY CUBS pre primary school. It is believed that the ethos of the school is enhanced by children wearing the uniform. Not only does it gives the children a sense of belonging but it is practical, avoids discrimination and prevents arguments at home.
